Third finished film in this begining of 2019, Riga's Lilac, by Lizete Upite, coproduced with Atom Art and supported by the CNC, CICLIC, the Latvian Cinema Funds, the Procirep and the Angoa, is ready to take flight! Its production spanned 2018 and 2019, in Riga, Vendôme (in CICLIC animation residence), Valence and Paris.
